Which GPU Should I Choose for Work and Gaming: 5060 Ti or 9060 XT?

I'm trying to decide between two graphics cards: the Palit 5060 Ti 16GB and the XFX 9060 XT 16GB. They're both priced the same, with the 5060 Ti currently on sale. I'll be using my PC for various purposes including graphic design, illustration, image manipulation, and some video editing, as well as gaming—mostly Marvel Rivals and MMORPGs.

The Palit 5060 Ti has a cheaper build quality with plastic materials, including its backplate, which means it lacks thermal pads for the VRAM chips. On the other hand, the XFX 9060 XT is constructed better, has good cooling specs, and features a metal backplate with thermal pads.

I live in a really hot area where temperatures can reach up to 50 degrees Celsius, and I'm concerned about the cooling performance of the Palit GPU. Additionally, I'm curious if the XFX would perform well with Adobe programs and Blender.

My current setup includes a Ryzen 5700X3D, B450 Aorus M motherboard, and 32GB of 3200 RAM. For now, I'm sticking with PCI-e 3.0 but may upgrade to a B550 motherboard in the future for more SSD slots. Right now, I'm using three monitors: two 1080p for work, including a Huion Kamvas 22 Plus, and one 3440x1440 for general use and gaming.

I've heard that for productivity tasks, the 5060 Ti is the better option, especially if you're using programs like Adobe Premiere. NVIDIA cards typically perform better with these types of applications, plus they usually have better driver support, which can be a big plus for graphic design work.

What makes it perform better? Is it just the drivers or something more?
