I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card but I'm torn between the Nvidia 3080 Ti, AMD 7900 XT Ultra, and the AMD 9070 XT. They seem to have similar performance and pricing. Currently, I'm using either a 2060 or a 2070 Ti (I can't check right now since I'm out of town). My main motivation to upgrade is the Oblivion remaster, but there are other reasons as well. Any advice on which card would be the best choice?

I think the 9070 XT is the best pick for you right now. You might also consider the 7900 XT, but there's some uncertainty about whether FSR 4 will be available for earlier models.
I get that the 9070 XT is great, but it's $180 more. Is it really worth that extra cash? Also, what's FSR 4? Is it similar to DLSS?
