I'm currently using an RX 6600 and I'm looking to upgrade my GPU. I'm considering either the RX 9060 XT 8GB or the RTX 5060. Which one would be the better choice, or is there another option I should consider? Also, is buying a second-hand GPU a smart move?

It might be wise to save up for the 16GB version instead. Your current RX 6600 will hold up well for now, and waiting for a better upgrade will give you a huge leap in performance. You'll be able to game comfortably at 1440p with higher settings and not worry about hitting the VRAM limits too soon.
