Which Graphics Card Should I Choose for Gaming: 3080 Ti, 7800 XT, or 9060 XT?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC's graphics card to enhance my gaming performance, especially for AAA titles like Elden Ring and Shadow of the Colossus: Expedition 33. I've narrowed it down to three options in a similar price range:
- 3080 Ti (available in 10GB and 12GB variants)
- 7800 XT (16GB)
- 9060 XT (16GB)

Could anyone help me figure out which card would be the best choice?

Choosing depends a lot on price. If you can find a solid deal, any of these cards will serve you well! Just make sure to weigh performance against budget.

I'd recommend going for the 9060 XT since it's the newest and tends to perform better with modern games. Just keep in mind that the 3080 Ti can come with either 10GB or 12GB of VRAM, and the 12GB variant is generally better.

But remember, the 3080 Ti is actually *about 30% faster* than the 9060 XT on average! It also has better support for features and third-party software. If you're not worried about VRAM, the performance difference is huge.

I had the 3080 non-Ti (12GB) and it was solid. Just saying the specs can vary!

I think it’s tricky since the 3080 Ti is the strongest in raw performance, especially for ray tracing. The 9060 XT is also newer and cooler, which is a plus if you're worried about power consumption. Just evaluate your priorities before deciding!

Fair point! But I read that the 7800 XT is quite efficient on power while still delivering good performance. Definitely worth considering!

I’d go with the RX 7800 XT. It should perform well and doesn't require frame generation, which means you can play in native resolution without upsides like FSR. Just my two cents!

But why not consider FSR? Many say it provides a better visual experience than native!

Between the 3080 Ti and the 7800 XT, I'd lean toward the 7800 XT—especially if it’s close in price to the others. It's newer and performs great!

I believe the 3080 Ti still edges out in many scenarios, but sure, if it's a reasonable price difference, the 7800 XT is a solid pick.
