I'm looking for a new graphics card in the $300-$500 range. I've been using a GTX 1650 Super for about five years now, and it's no longer cutting it. I have a Ryzen 9 7900X to pair with it, so I need something that can keep up with that.

If you want the best bang for your buck right now, I recommend the Sapphire Pulse 9060 XT with 16GB. It's just under $500 and performs really well based on my comparisons.

Are you open to buying a used card? You might find good deals out there.

I'm not completely against it, but I want to make sure I don't end up wasting money on a bad card.

Definitely check out the 9060 XT; it's a popular pick right now!

Keep an eye out for the RTX 5070; I've seen it go for around $500 if you're lucky. Otherwise, consider a used 3080 Ti, which can be about $350 and offers great performance. For new, the 9060 XT is a solid choice for around $350 as well, especially if you want something fresh.
