I'm trying to decide between the RX 9060 XT for $350, the RTX 3070 for $310, or possibly the 6700 XT for around $300. My current setup is an i7-10700, 32GB DDR4 3200 RAM, and a 650W power supply. This is my first build after years of using an old MSI gaming laptop, so I want to make the best choice for my budget. I'm also considering a monitor priced around $150, and I'm unsure whether to go for 1080p or if I can stretch to 1440p. Any advice would be appreciated!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend going for either card if you're planning to game at 1440p. 8GB of VRAM just isn't going to cut it for most modern titles unless you're okay with dialing down settings. You might want to save up a bit more and get the RX 9060 XT with 16GB instead. It'll last longer, especially if you want to play new games over the next few years.

What do you think of the 6700 XT? It has 12GB and it's priced pretty well.
