I'm currently using iOS 26 and want to downgrade to iOS 18 on my iPhone SE (2nd generation). I know that iOS 18.7 was released, but I can only find version 18.6.2 available for my device. Can someone clarify what version of iOS 18 is still being signed and available for downgrade?

Once you restore to iOS 18.6.2, you can then update to iOS 18.7 if you change your mind later! It's a bit of a process, but totally doable.
You can only downgrade to a version that Apple is still signing. For the iPhone SE 2nd gen, that would be iOS 18.6.2 at the moment. Unfortunately, 18.7 is no longer signed, so if you want to go back, 18.6.2 is your best bet.
Wait, they're not signing iOS 18.7 anymore? That's surprising! I assumed they'd keep it open for a while longer.
