I'm trying to decide between the RTX 3050 6GB and the GTX 1660 Super for gaming at 1080p. The RTX 3050 6GB is a bit cheaper than its 8GB variant in my country, priced at around $221, while the GTX 1660 Super is slightly less at about $217. I've been playing newer games like Cyberpunk and RDR2 on high to medium settings. Additionally, I also see the RX 6600 priced between $266-319 and the RX 6650 XT around $296. My CPU is a Ryzen 4300G. Given these options, what would be the best choice?

Honestly, the GTX 1660 Super is faster than the RTX 3050 6GB, and the reason it's cheaper is because it doesn't perform as well. With the prices you're seeing, the RX 6600 is probably your best bet. Just make sure to double-check if the 6650 XT is what you actually meant to compare.

Yep, just to clarify, I meant RX 6600, not the XT. Thanks for the heads-up!

The RTX 3050 6GB doesn't offer the best price-to-performance ratio; you might wanna consider the RX 6600 or 6600 XT instead. Those would give you way better performance for similar pricing.
