I'm moving soon and realized I have a ton of boxes for my PC parts taking up space. I'm tempted to toss some of them, but I want to make sure I'm not throwing away anything important that could help me sell my parts later. I plan to keep the smaller boxes, but should I keep the boxes for my PSU or AIO cooler just in case?

I can relate! I built my PC back in October 2022, and most of my parts are out of warranty except my PSU and GPU since I upgraded. I'm keeping the boxes for my CPU and SSD though—they're pretty compact. Just check your local laws about warranty requirements; in the EU, for instance, you often don't need the original box. I also keep my monitor and GPU boxes for safe transport and resale.
If your parts are still under warranty, definitely hold onto the boxes! They can help with returns or exchanges. That said, you can usually get rid of the boxes if the warranty is up, especially since items in their original packaging tend to sell for more. It's not a total must, but it can help with resale value.
