I'm trying to figure out what type of RAM I can use with my Lenovo Mahobay NOK motherboard. I currently have 16GB of DDR3 RAM installed, but I'm looking to upgrade to 32GB. My question is whether I need to stick with DDR3, or if DDR5 would also be compatible. I also have some CPU-Z links, so let me know if you need more info. Thanks!

You can only use DDR3 with your motherboard. DDR RAM types aren’t interchangeable, so you’ll need to stick with DDR3 if you want to upgrade to 32GB. Check your motherboard’s specs if you want any specific recommendations.
I found a good option for you! You can consider this 32GB DDR3 kit from a Dutch site: https://www.alternate.nl/G-Skill/32-GB-DDR3-1600-Quad-Kit-werkgeheugen/html/product/984614. It should work!
