I'm trying to decide which brand of RTX 5070 Ti to buy as I'm currently looking at a few options. I found PNY, Gigabyte, and Asus all priced at MSRP ($750), but I also spotted an open box MSI RTX 5070 Ti Shadow 3X Overclocked for $719 at Microcenter. I'm wondering if I should just go for the cheapest one or if there's really a noticeable difference in performance, noise, and cooling between these brands. Do I need a warranty if I choose the open box option, or is the manufacturer warranty usually sufficient? Any advice on which card is worth getting?

Getting the cheapest GPU is totally fine. If there's a chance you might overclock, just check some benchmarks to see which runs cooler under load.
Yeah, but it can be noisy at times.
I have the MSI Shadow model, and it runs like a dream even at 1440p. I'm not experiencing any issues at all.
Same here! Gave mine a slight overclock as well, and it's been smooth sailing.
True, but heats and noise can be a concern, depending on the model.
Honestly, I think the GPU model matters more than the brand. If you can, I'd go with the Asus; it seems to have a solid reputation among users.
Haha, so it doesn't matter but you're still recommending the best one? Classic move!
Spending just $30 more for the Asus Prime could be a smart move. It's known for performance, so it might be worth it in the long run.
If you're on a budget, go with the cheapest option, especially if you don’t mind the aesthetics. But if your build is on display, pick the one that fits your setup best.
Just be careful with the MSI Ventus; I've heard they can be pretty noisy.
I got the PNY myself, and it's been working great at MSRP. No complaints so far!
