I'm looking to upgrade my PC and I've got the budget ready to buy just one of these options. I'm primarily a gamer and a Blender user, working on projects like rendering buildings for clients. The games I usually play include Red Dead Redemption 2, heavily modded Skyrim, Sims 4, The Last of Us Part 2, Assassin's Creed Shadows, Doom Eternal, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 1 and 2. Here are my upgrade options: 1. Ryzen 9 9900X with MSI X670E MAG Tomahawk WiFi and 32GB DDR5-6000 for $590; 2. Ryzen 7 7700X with Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX v2 and 32GB DDR5-6000 for $430 (and I could save up for a GPU in the future); 3. Used ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 Super for $570; 4. New MSI SHADOW GeForce RTX 5070 for $630; or I'm open to other suggestions around $600 total. My current setup is a Ryzen 7 5700X, an ASRock B550M Pro4 motherboard, 32GB DDR4 3600 RAM, and a Gigabyte RTX 3070 Vision OC. I know I'll need a new case to fit any new motherboards, but that's outside my budget. Thanks in advance for your help!

If you're gaming at 1440p, upgrading your GPU might give you a better FPS boost right now. The RTX 5070 and 4070 Super are quite comparable, but the 5070 could be a better deal for just $25 more as a new card.
Option 4 seems to get a lot of love from the community!
Getting the used RTX 4070 Super could also be a smart move since it has 12GB of VRAM compared to the 8GB of some other options. Keep an eye out for a regular 4070 at around $500; it could be worth it to save and then get a CPU upgrade later.
I think $500 for a 4070 might be a decent deal, especially if you can wait a bit until then!
Just a heads up, with tax, the new 5070 would actually come closer to $630.
