I updated my NVIDIA GPU about a month ago, and suddenly I'm experiencing screen tearing while playing any 3D games. I tried enabling V-Sync, but that didn't solve the issue. It was working perfectly fine before the update. Just to note, I'm using a laptop, not a desktop PC. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I feel you! I had a similar problem when I upgraded. Sometimes, the updates can cause compatibility issues with your hardware. Have you considered rolling back the driver to the previous version? It might fix the screen tearing problem.
Have you checked if your laptop has a G-Sync display? That could really help reduce tearing. Without it, V-Sync should usually help. But if it was working fine before and now isn't, the update might have messed with your settings or drivers. Make sure everything is correctly configured in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
