Hey everyone, I just upgraded my PC with a new modular power supply and an AMD Radeon 5700XT GPU. Everything seems to power on—fans are spinning and all—but there's absolutely no display. I'm not sure what to check next. Any ideas?

You should double-check that all your cables are securely connected to the motherboard and power supply. Also, make sure you're plugging the monitor into the GPU and not the motherboard. Are you using the original cables that came with your power supply, or did you swap them with alternatives? Also, sharing some photos of your setup and full specs would help diagnose the issue better!

Here's what I've got:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
- Power Supply: Chieftech A80 650W
- Old GPU: AMD Radeon RX 470

I tried putting the old GPU back in, but now I'm getting no display at all, even with that. Really not sure what's going on anymore!

Sounds frustrating! Have you made sure to check all your cables again? Sometimes a loose connection can cause issues, so it’s good you’re checking multiple times.

Make sure to check your motherboard manual for any LED error codes. Some boards will give visual cues about what might be wrong, like red for CPU issues or yellow for memory. If your motherboard has these lights, see if any are indicating a problem—stuck on one color could help pinpoint the issue.
