Why am I getting no signal from my DisplayPort?

I'm having an issue with my PC where the DisplayPort isn't sending a signal to my monitor. I've already checked that the monitor works fine with another computer, so it seems like the problem might be with my PC's GPU. I tried connecting the monitor using both HDMI and DisplayPort cables, but I still can't get a display. Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot or fix this? Thanks in advance!

Hey, before diving into complex fixes, could you share your PC specs? Knowing your GPU model, CPU, and RAM can help us troubleshoot better.

Sure! I have a GTX 1060 6GB, an i7 10th gen processor, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD.

It sounds like it could be a GPU issue, but try reseating the GPU in its slot first. Sometimes just removing it and putting it back can solve connection problems. Also, check if your GPU drivers are up to date.
