Why Am I Getting So Much Cloudflare Authentication on Multiple Sites?

I've been experiencing constant Cloudflare authentication prompts across various websites, especially Discord. It was manageable until recently when my social media accounts, including Discord and Twitter, got disabled or temporarily banned for violating terms of service, suggesting I'm spamming or bot-like behavior. I did a fresh install of Windows about a month ago and only use my computer for watching YouTube or gaming. Has anyone encountered similar issues or know what might be causing this surge in Cloudflare authentication requests?

Using a VPN can trigger Cloudflare authentication issues since it often masks your real IP, which can seem suspicious to servers. Just a thought! Let me know if that's the case for you.

I haven't used a VPN on this computer, so that's not it.

There's been a surge in bot traffic to various sites recently, likely due to increased scraping for AI training. Websites are ramping up their security measures, which could explain the Cloudflare checks you're facing. You’re not alone in this; others have noticed similar issues, especially on heavily trafficked sites.

Would this issue be why my Proton VPN isn't opening either?

That makes sense! Is there anything I can do to fix this? It has to be my IP since everything works fine on other devices.
