I recently upgraded my GPU from a 1660 Super to a 9060 XT, but I'm not seeing much improvement in FPS while playing Valorant. With the 1660 Super, I usually got around 200-250 FPS, but with the 9060 XT, the performance seems pretty much the same. I've noticed that both my GPU and CPU aren't being fully utilized. Do I need a better CPU, or are there other ways to fix this issue without replacing my i5 11600K?

You could try overclocking your CPU to see if that helps. Additionally, tweaking your memory timings might also improve performance since memory bandwidth can sometimes hold back the CPU before it actually reaches its bottleneck.
It sounds like your CPU might be bottlenecking your performance, especially in a game like Valorant which can be sensitive to CPU speed. You're likely not leveraging the full potential of your new GPU in this scenario.
Thanks for the tip! How much can I safely overclock my CPU?
