I recently ran benchmarks on my Ryzen 5700X using OCCT, and I'm seeing some low scores. Here are my results:
- Single-thread SSE: 54.41
- Single-thread AVX: 106.12
- Multi-thread SSE: 332.68
- Multi-thread AVX: 613.62
These scores seem below what I've found online for the 5700X. Additionally, the CPU appears to be capped at a maximum clock speed of 2.88GHz, even though the base speed should be 3.4GHz. Can anyone suggest what might be causing these issues?

First off, what CPU cooler are you using, and how much RAM have you got? Are you running in dual-channel mode? Also, it would help to know your temps and all the specs of your hardware, including the power supply.
Sure! My cooler is a Thermalright Aqua Elite V6, and my CPU temps never seem to get too high. I have 2x8 GB of DDR4 RAM at 3600MT and CL18, an 850W Corsair RM850x PSU, a ROG Strix B550-A motherboard, and an RTX 3080.
Make sure your power plan is set to high performance. This can often help with CPU clock speeds and performance.
