Why Are My Games Taking Up Twice the Space on My PC?

I've noticed that my games are taking up way more space on my PC than expected. For instance, Grand Theft Auto V is showing a huge 180 GB instead of the usual 90 GB, and Valorant is taking 50 GB instead of 25 GB. I only have three games installed and have removed any unnecessary temp files. I've also tried following tips from tech experts on YouTube, but I'm still stuck. Can anyone help me figure this out? I'm using an HP Victus 15fa0xxx running Windows 11.

It’s important to note that games often cache a lot of data, which can significantly increase their apparent size. What do you mean by "file and app storage"? Apps are basically just files, so it might not be exactly doubling the amount you see. It might just be how your PC is interpreting the data.

I posted a snapshot showing what’s taking up space on my drive. It looks like GTA V is listed under installed apps and other files. Any ideas about that?
