Hey everyone! I've been having an issue with my RTX 4080 Super TUF GPU lately. Whenever I play games, particularly in Nier Automata, the fans get really loud when certain visual effects trigger, like when there's a "spark" effect from destroying enemies. This happens when the GPU hits about 100% usage and around 71 degrees Celsius, and it takes just a couple of seconds for the fans to quiet down afterward. I didn't have this problem when I first got the card a year ago, and all my drivers are up to date. Here's my build: GPU: RTX 4080 Super TUF, CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D, PSU: MSI MPG A1000G 1000W, Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360, RAM: 32GB. Any ideas on why this is happening?

You might want to check your fan curve settings. Sometimes, adjusting the ramp-up and ramp-down speeds can help with those temp spikes. A more gradual increase might keep the fans from going full blast right away. Trying out MSI Afterburner could give you more control. Let me know how it goes!
I tried messing with the fan curve in MSI Afterburner, but it didn’t change much for me. Do you have a recommended fan curve layout that works well?
