Why are my USB-C devices having charging issues?

I've got several USB-C devices like a Bluetooth speaker, AirPods, an iPhone, and a flashlight. My iPhone charges just fine, but I run into all kinds of problems with the others. For instance, my truck's charger won't charge my Bluetooth speakers, AirPods, or flashlight, and most of my home chargers won't work with my flashlight either. Even my work PC doesn't charge my AirPods! None of my chargers are over 30 watts. Is this something normal for USB-C charging these days, or is there a fix?

It sounds like your issue might be related to the quality of your USB-C cables. Not all cables are created equal; some simply don't support charging for all devices. It’s worth checking if you're using the right kind of cable for your specific devices.

I see. But it charges my phone just fine in my truck, so I don't get why it wouldn't charge the other stuff.
