Why Are There Green Lines on My Second Monitor?

I've been seeing these annoying green lines at the bottom of my second monitor for a few weeks now, and I have no clue how it started. I didn't drop or hit my monitor or anything. I've got dual monitors, but this issue is only on the second one. Here's the weird part: when I unplug and then replug either monitor, the second one constantly turns on and off (I hear the unplugging sound, so it's not just the display turning off). The flickering stops when I restart my PC. I've tried updating my graphics drivers (at version 576.80 for NVIDIA), unplugging and replugging both monitors several times, making sure everything is connected properly, and updating Windows. I even included an image of the lines and a video of the flickering for reference.

It sounds like it might be a faulty cable. Have you thought about replacing the cable for your second monitor? Sometimes those cables can cause issues like the ones you're seeing.

Are you suggesting to replace the cable for both monitors or just the one with the green lines? I haven't heard any weird electrical noises, but should I still give it a shot?
