Why Aren’t All My PC Case Fans Spinning?

I'm facing an issue with my new PC build where only one out of my seven case fans is spinning properly. Everything is brand new, and I have updated the BIOS to ensure the fans run at full speed, regardless of temperature. I even tried using a fan curve, but the problem persists. The only software I've installed so far are iCue, Nvidia App, and Intel Extreme Tuning. I attempted to use various apps to control the fan speeds, but none worked, so I uninstalled them. Here are my specs: MSI Z790 Tomahawk Motherboard, 48GB Corsair RAM, ASUS Tuf 5070 ti 12GB, Corsair Nautilus 360 Cooler, Samsung 990 Pro 2TB, Tuf 850W PSU, and Intel i7 12700KF.

What do you mean by "correctly"? Are the fans supposed to spin constantly or only under load? It might help to check if any of the fans are connected properly to the motherboard or if they're receiving enough power. Sometimes the cables can be a bit finicky!

I see what you mean! I actually made a video showing how my fans behave, if that helps clarify things.
