I've just put together a new PC, and while everything powers up and I do get a display, I'm unable to enter the BIOS. I've tried a few different keyboards, cleared the CMOS, and double-checked all connections. I've also been spamming different keys as I boot up, but no success. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 3600 and an ASRock B450 Steel Legend, which I've used before with this motherboard. However, it's the CPU that's changed. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've built several PCs and haven't faced this issue before, but it sounds like you're doing everything right. When you see the ASRock splash screen, what exactly happens when you try pressing the BIOS key? Are you not able to get any response at all?
Have you tried using the command `shutdown /r /fw /t 0`? It might help reset the firmware settings and allow you to access the BIOS more reliably.
