I recently purchased a prebuilt PC and everything is functioning well except for one major issue: I can't seem to connect any Bluetooth devices. The system lets me try connecting, but no devices ever show up. I've tested multiple Bluetooth devices with the same results, and I even connected the Wi-Fi antenna that came with the PC since I've read that it can also provide Bluetooth functionality. Unfortunately, the outcome remained the same. I'm not sure if it's a driver problem; if it is, I have no idea which driver I need to install. Here are my specs: Ryzen 7 7700X processor, AMD Radeon 7900XTX GPU, 32GB DDR5 6000MHz RGB RAM, and a 2TB NVMe Gen 4 SSD running Windows 11. Apologies if I missed anything; this is my first PC in a while, and I've been troubleshooting this for about three hours with no success.

It’s weird that you can’t even find devices if Bluetooth is missing. Also, to find your motherboard’s model number, check the manual that came with your PC, or you might find it printed directly on the motherboard if you open the case.
There’s a chance your PC might not have Bluetooth; it’s more commonly found in laptops. Try to find your motherboard model number—it’ll help figure out if Bluetooth is supported.
Check your taskbar for a Bluetooth symbol. If you don’t see it, your PC might not have onboard Bluetooth. Some motherboards and Wi-Fi cards don’t support it. A simple fix could be to get a USB Bluetooth dongle; they’re quite affordable.
