I've been using NetCut for a few days, but I run into issues when I try to cut off my internet. Sometimes it works, but often a plan option pops up on arcai.com. I thought you didn't need any kind of paid plan for this tool, so I'm confused about why it won't let me cut off my internet. Unfortunately, I can't attach a photo here for reference.

Have you run NetCut as an administrator? Windows might block it from tweaking your network settings without those elevated permissions. Also, check if your antivirus is messing with it—some of them mark network tools as shady.
It won't let me run it as admin because it's just a shortcut to a website, and I turned off network protection on my PC.
