I'm having trouble resetting my PC, and I could really use some help! When I try to reset it, I get this message: 'There was a problem in resetting your PC. No changes were made.' I'm new to this whole thing and not sure what to do next. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to try creating a Windows installer on a USB drive using another computer. Boot from that and choose the option to remove all partitions or data during the custom install process. It can be a bit technical, but it usually works if the reset fails.
Is that the only solution? By the way, is it acceptable to share my location here? I'm in the Philippines and bought my PC setup this January. Do you think I could ask the store for help?
