Why can’t I format my USB drive after using a Fedora ISO?

I've been exploring different Linux distributions on my MacBook Pro (2017), but I've encountered a problem with my USB sticks. After successfully installing from a Fedora ISO, I find that I can't format my USB drive; it doesn't show up in any tools on either Fedora or Ubuntu. To get around this, I have to switch back to my Windows PC to format it. Is there anyone else experiencing this?

You might want to give Ventoy a shot for creating a bootable USB. It lets you copy different ISO files directly onto the flash drive, and then you can choose from a menu to boot any of them. Makes things a lot easier!

That sounds useful, I’ll definitely try that, thanks!
