Hey everyone! I recently picked up some new RAM rated for 3600MHz, but I'm having a tough time getting it to run at that speed. I've tried tweaking custom overclock settings, but no matter what I do, it won't go past 2400MHz. My old RAM worked just fine at 3200MHz, which makes this more frustrating. Unfortunately, my motherboard doesn't support XMP profiles, and I can't find a website for updates since it's from a lesser-known brand (KOLOE OE 8550S). Any suggestions on what I can do to get this new RAM working properly?

It sounds like your motherboard might not be able to handle RAM speeds higher than 3200MHz. Without official specs available, it’s tough to pinpoint the exact issue. You might want to check if there's any hidden BIOS settings that could help address this.
That's my concern too! The fact that it can't even hit 3200MHz with the new RAM is odd. Maybe the RAM is incompatible or the motherboard simply doesn’t support higher speeds.
