I bought a computer from eBay that came with Windows 11 already installed. However, when I tried to reinstall Windows, it wouldn't let me because of a TPM issue. Now I'm only able to install Windows 10 instead. Why can't I reinstall Windows 11 when it was working before? What's going on?

It sounds like you might just need to tweak some BIOS settings. Sometimes, there's a simple toggle you need to switch to enable TPM again. It's worth checking your motherboard's BIOS setup to see if that’s the case.
Are you sure TPM is enabled in there? If it’s disabled, that can stop Windows from reinstalling.
