I have 591.53 GB of storage available on my Mac, but I'm unable to create new files because my cloud storage is full. How is that possible? I'm trying to start a new Photoshop project, and it just won't let me save it.

Are you working with Adobe Cloud for your projects? That could affect your saving options too.
I tried turning off the cloud feature, but it actually removed everything from my desktop.
If you're using the 'Desktop and Documents' feature with iCloud Drive, running out of iCloud storage can prevent you from saving files in those locations. It's designed for ease of access across your devices, but if you really don’t need it, you can turn that off or save files outside of those folders.

I usually save my projects to my desktop, so I didn't think that would use the cloud at all.
