I'm trying to move an 11.5GB file between two PCs using my new SanDisk Cruzer Blade 128GB USB stick. However, when I attempt to copy the file to the drive, I get an error message saying "File too large." Why is this happening?

The reason you're seeing that error is likely because your USB drive is formatted as FAT32, which only supports files up to 4GB in size. To fix this, you should reformat the drive to NTFS or a more suitable file system for larger files.
Got it! But how do I actually reformat the drive?
Yeah, definitely format it to exFAT. It works on both Windows and Mac and can handle larger files without any issues.
You’re right on track. Most USB drives come with FAT32 formatting, which is limited to 4GB files. Just reformat it to exFAT for moving larger files easily.

Wait, I wouldn't recommend NTFS for an external drive! It's better to use exFAT since it's more compatible with different systems.
