I've got a bunch of computers in my organization—about 160—but since August, around 140 of them running Windows 11 23H2 can't see the monthly security patches. They can't access the patches from August and September, but they can see the upgrade to 24H2. We haven't made any changes in our setup recently, and it's strange because some of the 23H2 machines are still able to see updates. We typically handle our patching with NinjaRMM, but they think this might be more of a Microsoft issue than anything else.

It sounds like you're running into some issues related to the 23H2 version, which is actually hitting its end-of-life in November. Microsoft might be pushing users to upgrade to 24H2 by limiting access to patches. Have you thought about moving those machines to 24H2 already?
Just a thought—do you happen to use WSUS at all? I dealt with a similar issue when using Action1, and the problem didn't get resolved until I removed the clients from WSUS. Sometimes it can interfere with other patch management solutions like yours.
That really sucks! I hope you find a solution soon.

No, we don't run WSUS. I checked that because I know it can sometimes cause issues. But that's good info for anyone who might still be using it!
