Hey everyone! I was on FaceTime with my girlfriend while she was changing, and a nudity warning popped up on her screen. We tried looking through the settings to disable it, but the option was locked. I've done some research but couldn't find any information on why it would be locked. Just to provide some context: Her Apple account is over 18, she isn't part of an Apple family, Screen Time is completely disabled, and there are no profiles that could be causing this restriction. We're using iOS version 26.3 on an iPhone 13. Any ideas on what might be happening?

Make sure both of you haven't missed any settings related to privacy or content restrictions. Also, have you tried updating the iOS? Sometimes updates can fix these weird issues. Good luck!
Have you checked if there are any restrictions on your account as well? Sometimes it can be account-specific! Also, rebooting the devices can help, but it sounds like you've already tried that. Let me know if you figure it out!
I didn't check my account. I'll have a look at that. Thanks for the tip!

We haven't updated yet. I'll suggest that route next, thanks!
