I have an iPhone Air running iOS 26.1, and I've noticed something strange. My wallpaper, which has consistently been a split peach and blue design since I set up my phone, suddenly changed to a split green, white, and blue pattern. This change happened without me altering any settings or selecting a different wallpaper. Despite what shows up as my current wallpaper, the peach and blue design is not what's displayed on my screen. I have verified that I'm not using dynamic wallpaper; it's set to a static pink wallpaper instead. Can someone help me understand why this might have happened?

It sounds like your wallpaper might be set to change automatically based on the time of day. If you unlock your phone and press down on notifications, you can customize it and adjust the colors as you like. Just be sure that it's not set to dynamic; sometimes it can switch without you realizing it!
Have you accidentally turned on a different focus mode? It can sometimes link to appearance changes, including wallpapers. You can check your settings to see if a focus mode is activated.
How can I check for this?

But they mentioned it's not set to dynamic—so that might not be the issue. Could there be another setting affecting it?
