I recently bought Cyberpunk 2077 during a sale and ran it at high settings with AMD FSR 3.1. Everything was fine until I was in the training area, and then suddenly, my PC just turned off. This issue only occurred with this game. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 7700x, AMD Radeon RX 7700xt (Powercolor hellhound), MSI MAG A750GL 750 PSU, 32 GB DDR5 G. Skill flare x5, and an Asus B650-E plus Wi-Fi motherboard with a Lian Li AIO cooler. I set most settings to high or ultra with super res and frame generation enabled. The GPU's BRD PWR ranged from 150 to 280W. I should note that these parts are only two years old and were bought brand new.

Have you overclocked or undervolted your GPU at all? That can sometimes lead to instability.
Have you checked the temperatures of your components? Make sure nothing is overheating during gameplay; it might be causing the shutdown.
CPU temps are around 40 to 60 degrees under load, sometimes hitting 74, but never going above that. As for the GPU, I'd need to check again, though I doubt it's an issue since all these parts are fairly new.
This sounds like a potential PSU issue. It might be that your PSU's overcurrent protection (OCP) is getting triggered due to the GPU's demands. If you're daisy-chaining power connectors, that can cause problems.
Is there a way to fix this, though? I’d prefer not to change any components as everything is relatively new. It has only happened once, so I'm hoping it won't occur again.

Nope, I haven't overclocked or undervolted anything.
