I just powered on my PC, and it took about 3 minutes to boot up, which has never happened to me before. A friend mentioned it might be due to memory training, but I thought memory training only happens the first time you build a system? My memory context restore feature is enabled, so I'm confused about why this might be happening.

I've noticed AM5 setups can have slow boots occasionally, often linked to RAM retraining, even when the memory context restore is set to on. It could also be related to Windows updates affecting the startup time.
Make sure your BIOS is up to date. Sometimes, outdated BIOS can cause boot issues.
Sometimes, PCs can redo memory training unexpectedly. Have you tried restarting or shutting down your PC again to see if it takes long again?
