Why Did My Storage Space Drop After Deleting a Game?

I had around 200GB of free space on my PC's 953GB drive. After I deleted a game, I noticed my free space dropped to 130GB instead. I'm a bit worried because I don't know much about computer storage, and this is confusing me. Can someone explain why this happened?

It sounds like the space you're seeing is a bit misleading! Sometimes, the free space calculation can be off right after deleting files. If you're not super familiar with PCs, you can just ignore it and go about using your computer. However, if you want to dive deeper, try downloading tools like WizTree or TreeSize. They can help you see which files or folders are actually taking up space, and it's a good way to learn more about your system.

Did you make sure to empty your Recycle Bin after deleting the game? Sometimes, files still take up space until you clear that out. It's worth checking!

Yeah, I emptied it, but it only cleared 10GB, and now it seems like the free space is slowly dropping again.
