Ever since I upgraded my GPU, I've been having issues with my desktop icons. They just won't stay put! I made sure to clear the previous drivers using DDU while in safe mode before installing the new card. I've tried turning off the 'auto arrange' and 'align icons to grid' options, but that didn't help. I even cleared the iconcache.db from AppData/Local, but every time I boot up or finish a game, my right-most row of icons shifts to the left as if 'auto arrange' is still on. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips?

It sounds like you might have scaling settings turned on. Sometimes, certain GPU drivers will load your original resolution first and then scale it, which can cause issues with icon arrangement. Try disabling any scaling options in your GPU settings, and that should help your icons stay in place.
I was having the same problem and managed to fix it by removing the IconSpacing and IconSpacingVertical values from the registry. It actually fixed my issue, but what you mentioned about scaling could definitely have been the root cause too. If you're not sure how to turn the scaling off, check your display settings under the graphics control panel.
