Hey everyone, I just upgraded to a powerful new 5070 GPU along with an 850W ASUS TUF 80+ Gold PSU. However, I'm facing a frustrating issue: whenever I try to launch games, they start to load but then crash before I can actually get into gameplay. I've already performed a Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) removal on the new GPU, even though my old 3070 was sold. I also installed the latest drivers, but the problem persists. I urgently need some help figuring this out!

Just a heads up, if you're still encountering crashes, make sure to check your system settings too. After several DDU attempts, have you set your PCIe to Gen 4 on your B550 motherboard? Also, updating Windows fully can help. I noticed some folks mentioned the nvlddmkm error popping up frequently with similar issues, so keep an eye on that.
It sounds like the DDU process might not have worked correctly. You should try running it again; you don't need the old GPU present for this step. If that doesn't help, consider resetting Windows using a USB. It could resolve some underlying issues.
