I recently bought the Astro A50 Gen 5 headphones and I'm using a Logitech G502X Lightspeed mouse with my OMEN 14 laptop. The issue is that every time I launch Escape from Tarkov and get into a raid, my headphones lose audio from the game after a few minutes, though they still play sounds from my phone without any problems. Shortly after that, my mouse just stops working too. I've already checked the drivers and disabled USB power savings, but the problem persists. The only temporary fix I've found is to restart my laptop. Can anyone help me out? I spent a lot on this gear, and it's super frustrating not being able to use it!

It sounds like a frustrating problem! One thing to check is if other Bluetooth devices can connect when the disconnect happens. Sometimes, interference or power management settings can cause issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Since your headset uses a wired docking station, make sure that connection is secure too. It could help to update your laptop's BIOS and check for any gaming-specific settings that might prioritize performance over power saving. Good luck!

I can't use the mouse when it happens, and the touchpad stops working too. Just to clarify, my headset connects through a wired dock to go wireless, so it's not a direct Bluetooth issue.
