Hey everyone, I run a company that sends out bulk emails weekly, and we often hit a snag when sending to Gmail recipients. We send about 25K emails each time, with around 5K going to Gmail addresses. There's a recurring issue where roughly 2K of those emails are blocked with an error stating that Gmail thinks they're unsolicited mail, even though our SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings all pass. It's frustrating because this doesn't happen with other providers like Hotmail or Yahoo. Does anyone have insights on why this is happening and what we could do to fix it? Thanks!

Authenticated spam is still spam, unfortunately. Make sure your email reputation is solid, or else you could keep running into these issues. Check with Gmail’s postmaster for insights into your email performance.
Have you checked if you're following the sender guidelines? Google requires an unsubscribe option if you're sending out that many emails. They also monitor the volume of emails sent, and sudden spikes can lead to blocks. Setting up a Google Postmaster Tools account can really help you understand what's going on.
It sounds like having a one-click unsubscribe link is crucial here. Gmail's algorithms tend to flag bulk senders who don't provide it, as it’s a major factor in their spam prevention rules. Also, utilizing a subdomain for bulk emails might be useful to protect your primary domain from being flagged.
Exactly! It's a good way to minimize the impact if issues arise.
Yeah, definitely look into it. Google can get pretty strict about this kind of thing.
