Hey everyone! I'm running Chrome version 136.0.7103.93 on Windows 11 with an Alienware m15 R7 laptop, and I'm experiencing some frustrating issues. About every 7 minutes while I'm browsing, Chrome completely freezes for around 2 minutes. I can minimize or close the window, but the buttons don't respond when I hover over them. Sometimes when I click to open a new tab, nothing happens until it unfreezes, and then I see that a new tab was opened. It seems to freeze regardless of whether I have one tab or multiple tabs open. Interestingly, the Windows start menu won't open at all during these freezes, and my Corsair RGB keyboard changes from its rainbow mode to a default disconnected pattern. I've tried restarting my computer and using the shortcut Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B, but nothing seems to fix it. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks!

You know, if you're really tired of dealing with Chrome's issues, consider switching to Brave! I've found it to be much smoother. Give it a shot!
Totally agree, Brave is cool, but let's not forget it's not a magic fix for every problem.
But isn't Brave just another Chromium-based browser? It often lags behind in updates, so it might not solve the issue you're having with Chrome. It might be better to try browsers like Firefox or Safari instead.
