Why does Edge say ‘This website is blocked by your organization’?

I'm trying to access a website on Microsoft Edge, but I'm getting a message saying, 'This website is blocked by your organization.' I checked similar access in Chrome, and it works fine. I've looked into Edge's group policies and didn't find any settings that would block sites. I also checked the Defender web content filtering and it's not enabled. Can anyone help me figure out what might be causing this message?

You might want to look at other filtering solutions you have set up. Things like Cisco Umbrella, DNS Filters, or your Firewall could be causing this blockage.

This message sometimes pops up due to misconfigured policies. Double-check any group policies that might apply to Edge; sometimes they can be tricky to find!

Have you checked if SmartScreen is enabled? It's a common culprit for blocking certain sites. But be aware, SmartScreen warnings look different from this generic message you're seeing.

Yes, it's enabled, but SmartScreen usually shows specific warnings. I'm seeing this generic message instead.
