I'm having a peculiar issue with my Acer Predator PO3-640. Whenever I plug in a USB flash drive and start the PC, it freezes after the BIOS beep. All I see is the Predator logo, and it doesn't proceed to the boot menu or anything. I've tested several USB drives and used different ports, but it always hangs the same way. However, if I boot without the USB drive, everything works perfectly. Here's what I've tried: changing the boot order to prioritize the internal SSD, using both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports, and resetting the BIOS to its default settings. I'm beginning to suspect it might be a firmware bug or a compatibility issue. Any thoughts on this? I've used a few USB drives, including a Sandisk with Ventoy, a Lenovo media reader, and a Windows 10 install USB.

It’s tough to troubleshoot prebuilt desktops sometimes. Are you sure you need the USB drive connected during boot? Like, are you attempting to install an OS or something?
I was trying to install Ubuntu, but even a Windows USB stick doesn't work either!
