For the past week, I've been struggling with my desktop computer losing its internet connection every night between 10 PM and 6 AM. The computer still shows it's connected to the router, but I can't access any websites after 10 PM. Interestingly, my mom and brother are able to stay online during this time. When I check my phone using a hotspot, it works, but the speed isn't great. I've asked my family if they changed anything with the internet, but they claim they haven't. I'm wondering if there's a setting on my computer that could be causing this issue, aside from the usual Wi-Fi toggle.

It sounds like someone might have set your MAC address on a parental control schedule, which would block your device from accessing the internet during those hours. You could check your router settings to see if that’s the case. If it's your home network, using the admin credentials, look for any scheduled settings related to your desktop's MAC address.
My parents aren't very computer literate, and I'm 31, so I doubt they did this on purpose. How do I go about fixing it?
