Hey everyone! My girlfriend's PC keeps shutting down right as Fortnite loads into a match. We have a pretty solid setup with a Ryzen 7800X3D and a 5070 Ti Super, but it crashes every time, and we can't tell if it's just a Fortnite issue since she only plays that right now. Here's what we've done so far: I made sure the GPU has two separate PCIe cables and not a daisy chain, updated the BIOS and all drivers, reinstalled Fortnite, and even lowered the graphics settings, but no luck. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your power supply might be struggling. Instant shutdowns when the GPU load spikes usually indicate the PSU can't supply enough power. Can you tell us the wattage and model of the PSU? For your setup, I'd recommend at least a 750W PSU. Sometimes brands might overestimate how much power they can provide, so keep that in mind too!
Sounds to me like the power supply might be the culprit. In my experience, if a computer shuts down randomly, it’s usually the PSU. If it were a blue screen, then I'd suspect RAM or GPU issues.
Is the computer completely turning off without any shutdown message, or is it like a proper shutdown?
It's completely turning off like the power was cut. There are no error logs in the event viewer either.
It's an 850W Cooler Master Gold V2. I thought of that too and actually swapped it from my own PC (which runs a 4090 and a 14900K) and didn’t have any issues, but the same thing happened on hers.
