I'm having this weird issue with my Haier TV where, while I'm gaming on my PS5, the screen randomly flashes red, green, and blue, and then the TV restarts. This happens every 5-10 minutes. I've already tried resetting the TV, as I read that it might be in some factory test mode, but no luck. I'm wondering if it could be an HDMI cable problem since I'm using the same one that came with my PS5, and it's about two years old. My TV is only 9 months old. I've also power cycled everything. Should I get a new HDMI cable or bring the TV back to the store where I bought it?

If your TV is still under warranty, I suggest you contact Haier directly. They might want the serial number and a description of your issue. They usually have better resources for troubleshooting than we do here. Check out their support section on their website and give them a call or shoot them an email with what you’ve tried so far.
Just a heads up, sometimes the troubleshooting can go in circles. Be persistent when calling; sometimes they redirect you but keep pushing for a solution.
