I've been having issues with Google and other apps because they keep blocking me, and I've just discovered that my laptop's location is showing up as being near Moscow, Russia. I'm not sure when this started, but I think it was only a few hours ago since everything was working fine before that. Any ideas on what's going on?

Have you looked into whether your network has been compromised? Sometimes, malware can reroute your IP location. If you've been having odd login issues with your accounts, it could be worth running a full system scan.
It sounds like your laptop might be connecting to a VPN or a proxy server that routes your connection through Russia. Double-check your network settings to make sure there's no VPN running, even if you didn't install one yourself.
