I've been having a problem with my Asus TUF F15 where it completely shuts down whenever I launch games like GTA V or Forza Horizon 5. This started about a month ago. Another thing to consider is whether your power supply unit (PSU) is strong enough for your components. If it's underpowered, it could be causing the shutdowns.
First, I recommend downloading HWMonitor to check your temperatures. If you see your CPU hitting around 100°C, that's likely what's causing your laptop to shut down to prevent damage.
